    In this concert, Mark Salman will be performing in Suite for Violin, Clarinet and Piano, Op. 157b by Darius Milhaud, and with a chamber ensemble in highlights from the new opera "After Life", by Tom Cipullo.

    Mark will be performing in a recital with violinist Chris Greenman to benefit Sacred Valley Health. The recital will include: Sonata in D, Op. 12#1 by Beethoven, Sonata by Ravel, and Fantasy in C Major D 934 by Schubert. Read about about the recital.

    Mark will be performing in a concert to celebrate the birthday of Ferruccio Dante Michaelangelo Benvenuto Busoni (April 1, 1866 - July 27, 1924). Mark will be playing Busoni's Fantasia Contrapuntistica. Mark's son, Benjamin Salman, will also be on the program, performing Busoni's Toccata and Sonatina #2.

    Composing in the time of the existentialists, Romantic composer Johannes Brahms’ music is the epitome of natural beauty. Come bask in the glow of his delicious Horn Trio, Op. 40, featuring Seattle Symphony Principal Horn Jeffrey Fair, and other pieces that speak to the beauty of nature by Debussy, Messiaen, and John Harbison.

    For this concert, Simple Measures will be playing music inspired by nature. Mark Salman will be performing in the Brahms' Horn Trio, Op. 40. He will also be playing Franz Liszt's Vallée D'Obermann.
